Production Assembler - Insulated Glass Department on Swing Shift

As a Production Assembler in our Insulated Glass department, on swing shift, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting insulated glass units, ensuring they meet our quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and efficiency.  You will ensure precision and quality in every piece, contributing to the overall success of our production team.

The hourly compensation is $19.00, plus a $1.50 shift differential. Monday through Friday starting at 3:30 p.m.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in glass manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Physical ability to handle glass materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
